Justuce with Altitude Heating and Cooling did an amazing job cleaning our mini-split indoor units. The original bid was higher because we thought they needed a deep cleaning, but after inspecting them, Justuce determined that a standard cleaning was all we needed—and the cost came down accordingly. We really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and great communication. He was also incredibly conscientious about protecting our home, using a bib and sprayer technique that kept the cleaning process neat and contained. The quality of his work was excellent, and he shared helpful tips for future maintenance and even a few industry secrets! We will definitely be calling Justuce and Altitude Heating and Cooling again. These great gentlemen are very knowledgeable, polite, and excellent at what they do. They came out on a Wednesday for initia inspection of the issue I had needed addressed. They figured out the real problem which was not far off from what I told them when I scheduled (that morning). They figured it out in left than an hour. They were able to schedule me and got the repair done in a very precise time frame and came back the following Wednesday. They didn't let the flooding stop them from coming. They repiped my air vent and made it better than before to prevent the problem from happening again. They are the ONLY. People I will trust with my home! Thank you again Justuce and Dylan. ~ Tyler T

We highly recommend Altitude Heating and Cooling for HVAC systems. Justuce and Dylan replaced our 26 year old, 2 HVAC systems in March, 2026 . It was a wonderful experience that we had with them. They were dedicated, attention to details and especially, they care for their customers. Here’s an example. We had a clothes dryer vent that directly blew out to heat pumps and had to clean up occasionally for years. They bought a vent and flex hose for the new location and its perfect location. They didn’t charge for the materials and labor, and it was a surprise gift for us. It was an example of how they care about their customers and take pride in their work. The HVAC systems are expensive. They gave us 3 options to work within our budget to find the right fit for us. I hope this review helps you decide to hire this company to install your house systems. My experience with Altitude Heating and Cooling was great from the very first call to the follow up emails after my service for my HVAC maintenance. It was easy to schedule, there were email and text confirmations of the appointment and a reasonable window of time for the service. Dylan and Justuce were courteous, professional and efficient. They showed up right on time. I received a detailed explanation before so I understood the plan, during and had my questions answered with respect after the maintenance was completed. I called them because my heat when out and they were able to come same day to fix the problem! They had fantastic service, were friendly and very reasonably priced! They did excellent work and we will use them for any future heating needs we have! To add on... Our old furnace ended up going out, and they came and replaced it. They are so reasonably priced! They didn't add on a bunch of fees and were SO much cheaper then a lot of their competitors! But that lower price came with top quality service and a top quality furnace! I live in lake Stevens and my heat pump quit working. Every company I called said thay charge a $200+ fee just to come look at it, couldn’t get out to me for about a month. I asked the guy who is doing my house plumbing if he had a an HVAC guy and he recommended these guys, Justuce and Dylan with Altitude. I called and they came out the next day without charging a diagnostic fee. Friendly guys who were very professional, and patient with me. The price was fair and they were great guys so I’m definitely hiring them again for regular maintenance for my HVAC system. ~ E L

Called these guys out for a maintenance inspection to discover the company that installed our furnace did a terrible job and missed some critical items that are standard when it comes to installing these units. Altitude explained very clearly what the issues were and showed me exactly what had happened and how best to remedy the situation without trying to up charge me with unnecessary fixes. After trying multiple places and not getting a call back, I found Altitude Heating & Cooling. Justuce & Dylan are very professional, reliable, know their stuff and are authentic humans. You want someone working on your house as if it was their own - Altitude Heating & Cooling is that someone. We had a mini split system installed by another “license & bonded” installer. It was a disaster and the system never worked properly. Justuce & Dylan did not take the path of least resistance and just try to replace our entire system. They worked tirelessly to diagnose the problem - which turned out to be several things. They worked with the manufacturer to get replacement warranty parts and cleaned up the haphazard install of the other guy. I really appreciated their transparent commutation and thoroughness. We finally have AC and heat and understand how to use our system most effectively. Thank you for taking on what others weren’t willing to. Appreciate the quality of work and personable customer service! We had a heat pump, furnace and tankless hot water heater installed. We searched around for quotes with other small businesses and the bigger hvac companies for this job and ultimately decided to go with them for the best quality quote and to support a local family business. We have a 3 zone heating/cooling system. One of zones was not working. I got ahold of Dylan at Altitude Heating and he scheduled a time to look at the problem. He notified me when he was on his way. Dylan looked the whole system over and determined that all was working fine, we had just not set the thermostat properly. I tried to pay him for his time, but he said there would be no charge. Justuce did such a wonderful job repairing our HVAC. We will forever come back to Altitude Heating and Cooling. We are grateful to now have Altitude for our HVAC needs! About a week ago during the hottest week of this summer yet, our HVAC stopped giving us cold air. We were told by a different company that our motherboard was completely fried, and needed to be repaired and were looking at at least $8000 for a repair, and they wanted to sell us an entire new system for upwards of $20,000 since our system is 9 years old. A friend highly recommended Altitude and encouraged us to get a second opinion. I am so grateful she recommended Altitude Heating and Cooling. Justuce was very kind and he quickly was able to get us on his schedule. The fix ended up being less than $500 and our motherboard was fully functioning still! We are so appreciative and grateful.
