Although we had a small scheduling hiccup at the start, they handled it with genuine professionalism and care. You learn more about the true nature of a business by how they handle difficult moments—not just when everything goes smoothly—and Altitude really proved their integrity. These great gentlemen are very knowledgeable, polite, and excellent at what they do. They came out on a Wednesday for initia inspection of the issue I had needed addressed. They figured out the real problem which was not far off from what I told them when I scheduled (that morning). They figured it out in left than an hour. They were able to schedule me and got the repair done in a very precise time frame and came back the following Wednesday. They didn't let the flooding stop them from coming. They repiped my air vent and made it better than before to prevent the problem from happening again. They are the ONLY. People I will trust with my home! Thank you again Justuce and Dylan. ~ Tyler T

We highly recommend Altitude Heating and Cooling for HVAC systems. Justuce and Dylan replaced our 26 year old, 2 HVAC systems in March, 2026 . It was a wonderful experience that we had with them. They were dedicated, attention to details and especially, they care for their customers. Here’s an example. We had a clothes dryer vent that directly blew out to heat pumps and had to clean up occasionally for years. They bought a vent and flex hose for the new location and its perfect location. They didn’t charge for the materials and labor, and it was a surprise gift for us. It was an example of how they care about their customers and take pride in their work. The HVAC systems are expensive. They gave us 3 options to work within our budget to find the right fit for us. I hope this review helps you decide to hire this company to install your house systems. My experience with Altitude Heating and Cooling was great from the very first call to the follow up emails after my service for my HVAC maintenance. It was easy to schedule, there were email and text confirmations of the appointment and a reasonable window of time for the service. Dylan and Justuce were courteous, professional and efficient. They showed up right on time. I received a detailed explanation before so I understood the plan, during and had my questions answered with respect after the maintenance was completed. I called them because my heat when out and they were able to come same day to fix the problem! They had fantastic service, were friendly and very reasonably priced! They did excellent work and we will use them for any future heating needs we have! To add on... Our old furnace ended up going out, and they came and replaced it. They are so reasonably priced! They didn't add on a bunch of fees and were SO much cheaper then a lot of their competitors! But that lower price came with top quality service and a top quality furnace! I live in lake Stevens and my heat pump quit working. Every company I called said thay charge a $200+ fee just to come look at it, couldn’t get out to me for about a month. I asked the guy who is doing my house plumbing if he had a an HVAC guy and he recommended these guys, Justuce and Dylan with Altitude. I called and they came out the next day without charging a diagnostic fee. Friendly guys who were very professional, and patient with me. The price was fair and they were great guys so I’m definitely hiring them again for regular maintenance for my HVAC system. ~ E L

Appreciate the quality of work and personable customer service! We had a heat pump, furnace and tankless hot water heater installed. We searched around for quotes with other small businesses and the bigger hvac companies for this job and ultimately decided to go with them for the best quality quote and to support a local family business. I’ve had multiple projects completed, from running gas lines to installing the tankless water heater and they care about quality and take pride in their work.
